Council Profile

The Rickreall Watershed Council is a volunteer stakeholder run group formed in 1997. Watershed Councils in the state of Oregon are formed under ORS 541.351 and 541.388. 

The Rickreall Watershed Council generally meets the 4th Thursday of each month at 6PM at our office in the Polk Soil and Water Conservation District/USDA Service Center.
